Pomegranate Bracelet #2

This handcrafted copper pomegranate has been thoughtfully designed and created to honor Greek tradition.

In Greece, pomegranates are often used as decorations during Christmas for good luck, and on New Year’s Day, it is customary to break a pomegranate at the front door while making a wish. I vividly remember my grandmother saying, “May the new year bring health and blessings, and as many seeds as the pomegranate has, so many coins may fill our pockets!”

Additionally, with its abundant seeds and vibrant red color, the pomegranate symbolizes fertility and abundance. In ancient times, it was cherished by Aphrodite, the goddess of love, who gifted it to her loved ones.

Materials: Fired copper, beads, and red tassels at the ends.
